I am an existing member. How do I get access to the online system?

Please email [email protected] and we will set up access for you.

I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the member login page. We will email you a link that is valid for one hour.

How long is the instructor training?

The course has 14 on-demand video sessions, about 10 hours in total. You can watch at your own pace and pick up where you left off.

How do I get my certificate?

Once you have watched all of the sessions, a certificate of completion appears in your account. You can print it or save it as a PDF.

Can I contact the board?

Yes. Use the form on this page to reach the board and other members of the association.

I paid but cannot see my training.
